Each session integrates exercise variations and external resistance, expanding physical capabilities without losing the essence of the method: alignment, precision, and efficiency. Through the principles of tensegrity and joint stability, you will develop deep, balanced functional strength. Its main objectives are to improve endurance, enhance overall strength and movement control, and stimulate body power through load-based training.
